Returns & Exchanges
At Access Denied, we want you to be fully satisfied with your streetwear; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in original, unworn condition with all security tags and packaging intact to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original box and include the provided packing slip to ensure your return is identified correctly.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
